Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, launches, or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery within Egypt

Liminal currently ships to locations across Egypt.

Estimated delivery times may vary according to your location and the courier service.

A suggested structure would be:

Cairo & Giza: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Other governorates: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout depending on the delivery destination.

Any free-shipping promotions will be subject to the conditions displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive an order confirmation or tracking information through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the communication method provided during checkout.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate:

* Governorate / area

Liminal cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to unsuccessful contact attempts, refusal of delivery, or incorrect delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply if the order is shipped again.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, please contact our customer care team promptly with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
